This Oceanic Catamaran was built in 1985 by the boatyard PSP in Saint Brieuc according to the plans designed by the architect Jobert Nivelt is entirely made in Divincell core reinforced with carbon fiber and kevlar.
She participated in many major ocean races, such as the transatlantic sailing race of Transat Quebec Saint-Malo and La Course de l'Europe under the name of Jean Stavalen.
Her current owner brought her to Tahiti, it took him only 14 days to sail across from the Galapagos to the Marquises. She easily averages daily runs of 300 + nautical miles.
Since 1992 she has been used for chartering.
The rig was completely replaced in 2008 after a dismasting off the coast of Tahiti.
