Polyester sailboat built by the JEANNEAU shipyard in 1995, after Jeanneau Design plans.
She belonged to Sunsail charter company until 2004, then was bought by private owners who fitted the boat out with frame, solar panels, etc.
From 2010 to 2012, a family owned her and lived aboard.
Her current owner bought her July 2012.

Majestic look, elegant deck's design, sleek profile... Under gracefull and stylish appearances, the sun Odyssey 45.1 subtly hides generous volumes and spaces. With astonishing power and ease, her reliable stability allows one to confide the course under spinnaker to the only autopilot. At the helm station, engine controls and instruments displays are immediately accessed. The hard boom-vang and the mainsail and genoas furlers come with the standard model and increase the pleasure of an easy manoeuvring.
Space and confort are given a top priority: the cockpit, covered with teak of Burma, is designed as a space to live in full, with its large friendly table, and opens onto the sugar scoops via a cockpit gate.
The two steering-wheels on each side open a free passage in center.
Aft, the bathing-ladder is stored in locker and leave a perfectly smooth platform.
Outstandingly spacious, the saloon is design to share good times with the whole family, vast living-room, it allows to gather comfortably 10 personns around a superb table, in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
