Building and history

Catamaran Athena 38, built in 2002 by Fountaine Pajot shipyard in France, production No 173.
The yacht has done 15 years of charter in Croatia, she was purchased in 2017 by the present owner who has sailed to French Polynesia.
Main refits and works: new standing rigg, shrouds, fore stay and Diamond shrouds, new Lazy Bag (2017) ; new batteries and new battery management easy Volt, new wind generator Silentwind 400, new solar Panels 3 110 Watt Phaesun Sunpeak SPR110, new Antifouling, new Autopilot linear Drive (2017/2018) ; new bottom paint, new rudder bearings (two additional spare bearings on bord), new Bimini with transparent curtains (2019) ; new shrouds, new alternators, new starters, new seawater pumps (2020) ; major inspection of saildrives, new anodes, installation of new bilge pumps for the engine compartments, new Jabsco manual toilet pumps (2021).
Remains to be done: engine panels, small damage on port side fin (will be done in Apataki), sealing of salon window, repair of port emergency hatch, emergency hatch in port toilet to be sealed.
The owner is selling because his trip is ending.
