Building and history

Sailboat built by the Etche-Garay / Pichavant shipyard in Nantes, France and delivered to New Caledonia via Panama. She sailed in New Caledonia and Asia. She is currently in the Philippines.
The boat was on dry dock in 2018 and the under works brought back to the wood. It allowed a hull inspection as well the keel and rudders. 4 Jotamastic layers were applied and then 3 erodible paint Hempel antifouling, the rigging was completely overhauled, the keel bolts and control plates were checked, brushed and repainted.

A word from the owner

This sailboat, very light (5.5 tons for 12.60m), is designed with a planing hull that allows performance of 14 knots off the wind and off other sailing trims. She is very pleasant at the helm, lively and progressive, perfectly balanced at all angles of gites (no effort on the pilots). It reminds the enthusiasm of the first dinghy edges!
Its interior is spacious, well ventilated and bright. Its open cockpit on the large skirt makes it a very pleasant sailboat on mooring.
The boat is in very good condition, I live and sail with her, she is ready for coastal or offshore sailing.
ULDB sailboats type are rare and it deserves to be considered!
