RESISTANT HULLS :
Special MONOBLOCK union of hull and deck, fused into a single body, soundproofed, vibration-free, stress-free, distributing material fatigue between the whole, and increasing its RESISTANCE, manufactured with high-purity resins.
The hulls are internally injected with expanded polyurethane, obtaining a compact block thanks to a structure reinforced by a frame and ribs designed to withstand the harshest maritime conditions.
HIGH-QUALITY FLOATS:
Made from high-tenacity, double-weft TRITEX material, the floats withstand scratches and extreme temperatures between -30ºC and +70ºC.
High-pressure and temperature-mechanized bonding, fusing all layers into a single one, three times stronger than the material itself, totally airtight.
