Fiberglass sailboat, type Océanis 440, built in 1993 by BENETEAU shipyards.
The boat belongs since 2011 to its current owner who has done many works, including a major refit in 2012 among others the electrical circuit, the plumbing and the floor of the saloon was redone as well as the varnishes and covers of the saloon. Regular maintenance and well maintained.
