Building and history

The chine hull is made of steel, the planks are welded to stringers, frames and floors.
The cathodic protection of the steel is ensured by the application, inside and outside the hull, of a zinc ethyl silicate primer paint. Then the whole is covered with layers of epoxy bi-component primer paint, before receiving the polyurethane bi-component paint as a finish.
The keel is made of steel and welded to the hull. The rudder is mounted on a skeg by a clamp, the whole is made of steel. The tiller is in solid wood, directly fixed to the rudder stock.
The steel deck is welded to the hull and covered with layers of epoxy primer and polyurethane paint.
