Based in French Polynesia
Very comfortable steel sailboat with nice space.
Completely self sufficient in power and water, powerful engine.
4 to 5 sleeps - 2 double cabins
Steel sailboat designed and built as an amateur in the United States in 2003.
She is rigged sloop and has a central keel with bottom of 5 tons.
She stayed 8 years in fresh water in Union Lake in Seattle then sailed around the world (Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, SouthAfrica, Caribbean, Mexico) to finish in French Polynesia.
This sailboat that can be considered as a 50/50 is very sturdy and has no defect of hull protection in terms of oxidation. The last owner had isolated the hull electrically and no equipment is connected to the ground.
We have a sense of power and strength of this ship built for Alaska ... and a remarkable ease of use.
An out-of-the-ordinary living space and a superb dive platform for getting on and off the ship. It allows to simply lift the dinghy.
Also its engine capacity with nearly 3000 liters of diesel can cross large areas of the ocean with a consumption of 0.9 gallons / hour at 1000 RPM (5 Knots).
The scissor configuration of its 2 parallel genoa is comfortable, beautiful and efficient in terms of performance.
I sell her to return to an earthly life.
