Building and history

Sailboat ketch type Maramu built in 1992 by AMEL LA ROCHELLE shipyards.
Travel boat for all comfort. The reference and the solidity Amel to go far and easily in couple or in family in full safety.
This unit belongs to her current owner since 2008; she is ready to sail back around the world or to enchant you in a coastal program. The boat has sailed regularly around New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, French Polynesia.

A word from the owner

The rigid bimini and added superstructure make the central cockpit totally watertight and comfortable to live in.
Easy to maneuver single-handed with the sails from the cockpit.
The interior is pleasant, elegant and classic (the woodwork with mahogany is magnificent).
Working in the engine room is easy and comfortable.
The aft cabin is comfortable and private.
The quality and safety of the AMEL construction has been proven over the years.
We purchased this yacht in 2008 and have been happily sailing and living like home ever since.
