Building and history

LAGOON 380 type fiberglass catamaran, built in 2000, by the LAGOON shipyard according to Marc Van Peteghem designs.
With more than 700 Lagoon 380 built, the youngest of the Lagoon range is the undisputed world record holder for cruising catamarans. The fruit of the know-how of VPLP architects and the Lagoon design office, the Lagoon 380 is a well thought-out boat: access to the engines by the aft platforms, large cockpit with table and bench, electric windlass, rigid path on the trampoline, wide walkthroughs ...
Furthermore, the simplicity and efficiency of the deck layout, safety and comfort on board make the Lagoon 380 fast and easy, even with a small crew.
This unit was launched in 2000 in the owner version.
